George Wein, founder
of Festival Productions, Inc. - New Orleans, has been producing
music events for over 40 years. He originated outdoor music festivals
with the Newport Jazz Festival in 1954 and conceived the formats
of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Essence Music
Festival, both of which are produced by Festival Productions, Inc.

Over the years, Mr. Wein's has produced
hundreds of festivals around the world, including the JVC Jazz Festivals
in New York, London, Nice, and Newport; The Verizon Music Festival
in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, and Tampa Bay; the Aurex Festivals
in Japan; the Playboy Jazz Festival in the Hollywood Bowl; the Boston
Globe Festival; Ben & Jerry's Newport Folk Festival; and the
Toyota Comedy Festival co-produced with Alan King. Mr. Wein has
produced the Benson & Hedges Blues series, the Miller Brewing
Company's Miller Sound Express, and the KOOL Jazz Festival series.

Quint Davis is CEO
of Festival Productions, Inc. - New Orleans and Producer/Director
of the Jazz & Heritage Festival, which he has guided since its
origin in 1970. Mr. Davis, along with George Wein, is responsible
for the Festival's national and international prominence.
In 1995, Mr. Davis formed Festival Productions,
Inc. - New Orleans in partnership with Mr. Wein. He has produced festivals
through Festival Productions, including the Essence Music Festival,
the largest African-American music festival in America and the Acura Music Festival. He has also
produced the Popeyes 30th Anniversary Festival (New Orleans, 2002),
Kennedy Center American Music Festival (AMJAM 1998) and two Presidential
inaugural outdoor celebrations in Washington, DC: "America's
Reunion on the Mall" in 1993 and "An American Journey"
in 1997 (both were two-day events). Mr. Davis has traveled extensively,
managing the tours of such renowned artists as Duke Ellington, Chuck
Berry, and B.B. King.

Since 2000, Festival Productions, Inc. - New Orleans
has produced the entertainment programming for the New Orleans Saints
home football games and in 2003, provided entertainment for Tulane
University's tailgating events for their home football games.
